Dear Beautiful Soul,
Today, relax and know that you are enough. You always have been and you always will be enough, just as you are. You don’t need to strive to be anyone other than your own best self. Who you are is just exactly what this world needs. You have a unique beauty, talent, kindness, compassion, and intelligence that no one else can duplicate.
You bring a special light to the world. Sometimes we are told by those around us, by the media, or by our own negative inner-self that we don’t measure up, that we’re missing something, that we’re not whole and we don’t deserve to be heard, seen or cared for. Please, listen to my words and believe them in your heart: you are wonderfully made. Your life is precious. You matter. You are loved.
Take courage, dear one. When you’re feeling defeated, know that the truth is all you need to be is YOU, just as you are. “Sometimes the hardest part of the journey is just believing that you’re worthy.” You are worthy. I believe in you.
